Returns & Delivery
There is a lifetime guarantee covering the FabRoc® heating elements contained within our products. To invoke the guarantee, proof of original purchase is required. Products must have been purchased on or after 1st January 2012 in order to qualify. EXO Technologies will offer to repair or replace the qualifying item as appropriate.
All other electrical elements of our products carry our standard 12 month warranty. Again proof of purchase is required to validate all warranty rights.Please note the warranty does not cover postage costs, these will be at the expense of the customer.
You may return items purchased from EXO Technologies Ltd, within 14 days of receipt for a full refund if not satisfied, no questions asked. When this is the case, notify us in writing (post or email), return the goods in appropriate packaging, with any accessories, cables or manuals and proof of purchase. The goods must be returned to EXO Technologies Ltd, Whatcote Park, Whatcote, Shipston on Stour. Warks CV36 5DZ on receipt and inspection of your goods we will then issue a full refund, excluding delivery cost to you within 14 days. Alternatively you may ask us to exchange the goods for replacement items of the same specification or value.
No refunds will be allowed after this time, unless the goods are found to be faulty at the discretion of the management. Contact email@example.com if you wish to return an item. Proof of purchase is required.
When returning goods due to a fault within our warranty terms, you should notify us by email, wherein you will be issued with a return authorisation code. When returning faulty goods, reasonable care should be taken with the packaging and with any accessories, cables and manuals (unless you have been instructed to hold onto the accessories, cables by a member of our Customer Sales Staff). We would also recommend using a courier or postal service i.e. UPS/DPD or Royal Mail. This will allow you to track your goods while in transit. Any damage to goods while in transit will be at the customer's cost. Goods which have become faulty outside of our warranty terms would need to be discussed on a case by case basis to see whether a repair is feasible and what the cost of repair might be.
Repair of Goods:
On receiving faulty goods, we will inspect the goods then despatch the goods to our workshop. In the case of the goods being able to be repaired, we will contact you to inform you of this and how long it will take to repair. The time for repair and the return of the goods is normally within 30 days. If the goods are non-repairable we will offer you a substitute to the value of your faulty goods. Please note that any return garments must be washed before being returned or the workshop will not be able to review them.
